ACTA Meetings

NOTICE OF ACTA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

ACTA will be holding its Annual General Meeting via videoconference on Thursday 20 April at 7.00pm AEST. The AGM is open to all members of ACTA member associations.  Should you wish to receive information about how to join the ACTA AGM videoconference, please contact our Secretary.

The Annual General Meeting will confirm minutes of ACTA’s last AGM, receive reports from office bearers of last year’s activities and hold an election of office bearers for 2017-2018. Office bearers are the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President.

Nominations for office bearers (except the Immediate Past President) are submitted by affiliated state and territory associations in writing to the Secretary before commencement of the election. Nominations are signed by the nominee and two office bearers of their state or territory association.

Member associations may nominate a proxy or proxies at the meeting using the form set out in Appendix 1 of the Constitution to reach the Secretary in writing no later than 1 week before the AGM.

NOTICE OF ACTA COUNCILLORS MEETING  

The AGM will be followed by an ACTA Councillors Meeting.

ACTA AGM meetings are usually held in February / March via videoconference and are open to all ACTA members. Should you wish to receive information about the ACTA AGM, please contact our Secretary.

Thursday 21 September
Thursday 23 November
