2024 April- Opportunity to Participate in Research into Students’ Virtual Exchanges

Secondary Teachers

You are invited to  participate in a research study focusing on the experiences and perceptions of Australian secondary school teachers regarding student online/virtual exchange programs, where students have connected online with peers from other schools either synchronously or asynchronously. The study is being conducted by Chris Higgins, a PhD candiate at CQ University.

  • The study aims to gain teachers’ insights into what, if anything, teachers feel students gain from participation in such online/virtual exchange programs.
  • By participating in a short 15 minute survey, you will contribute to enhancing understanding of student virtual exchange programs in Australian schools and be entered into a draw for some $100 gift cards.

Study Details:

  • Who: Australian secondary school teachers with or without experience in student virtual exchange programs.
  • What: Complete an online survey about your familiarity with student virtual exchange programs.
  • Time: The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey closes on Friday 31st May, 2024.
